Might Not (Remix) [CDQ]
Belly Feat. The Weeknd, 2 Chainz & Yo Gotti
Taking a break from his recently-released Another Day In Paradise album, buzzing Toronto artist & XO member Belly decides to revisit last year’s Up For Days mixtape and give The Weekend-featured standout “Might Not,” the remix treatment tonight by adding 2 Chainz & Yo Gotti for this H
King Of The Fall (Remix)
The Weeknd Feat. Ty Dolla $ign & Belly
After we had the pleasure of premiering The Weeknd's new mix of "Often" with Ricky Rozay and ScHoolboy Q, The Weeknd continues a remix run with a fresh take on his "King of the Fall" track. It was first released just as the rapper announced his successful KOTF tour with ScHoolboy Q and Jhene Aiko.
Belly Feat. The Weeknd
Belly just dropped off a project by the name of Up For Days, and included on there is a cut called "Might Not," which features The Weeknd, whose crew (XO) counts Belly as a member.
All That Money (6-Inch Demo)
The Weeknd Feat. Belly
"All That Money," The Weeknd's demo that would ultimately be manifested as Beyonce's "6-Inch," has found its way onto the internet. The demo bears a few similiarities and differences from "6-Inch." For one, it features a couple verses from Belly as well as an entirely new verse from The Weeknd. A line or two from his new verse actually got cut-and-pasted into the final version of "6-Inch," which offers some insight into how these songs come together.
All I Had
Where TF has Trey Songz been? He went quiet after November's To Whom It May Concern mixtape, which found him channeling a tougher, club-ready sound. Well, he's likely been working on new material, as today, he's dropped off a finely polished party-starter titled "All I Had." The song happens to be a remix of Belly and The Weeknd's "Might Not." Damn, Trigga man. His strengths may lie in the bedroom, but "All I Had" is a set-reppin' anthem that proves he can easily veer into street territory, where much of the most trendy R&B lies these days.
Belly Feat. Travis Scott
Ottawa's Belly has been hot in Canada for years now, though he's never gotten the attention he deserves in the States. After a two-year hiatus, the XO affiliate looks to change that with his new mixtape Up For Days. "Might Not" originally caught our eye, with a rare feature from The Weeknd, but the 10-track tape is full of gems, including "White Girl," a collab with Travi$ Scott.
Everything Belly has dropped in the last 12 months suggests that he is on the verge of something big. Belly does not possess an ostentatious, outsized personality, but his upcoming project Another Day In Paradise is a mortal lock to heat up the digital streets come Friday. Belly's new release "Ballerina," debuted this evening in an HNHH premiere, offers a taste of things to come.
Flatbush Zombies kept fans waiting an extra week for this new “Day Of The Dead” track, but it was definitely worth the wait. The NY trio decided to jump on this Architect-produced beat and deliver us "Belly", a grimey-ass record featuring some deep lyrics. It may take a few listens to fully digest this one. Check it out, and let us know what ya think. Download made available as well!
Belly Feat. Ty Dolla $ign
Toronto rapper Belly just dropped his Inzombia tape on Friday, and it comes complete with notable features from the likes of Future, Ashanti, Jadakiss and Young Thug. The strongest collaboration among the bunch may be "Outkast" with Ty Dolla $ign, a high BPM rap-R&B fusion. As he tends to, Ty over-delivers on his hook, supplying a sticky melody that along with the pounding synth-drive bet, lays the groundwork for a potential hit.
Belly Feat. Future
Future's more recent music has found hime delving into darkness, and surprisingly, it's made for the most commercially successful material of his career. Heavy, textural, melodic rap is definitely at its peak popularity right now, and Belly has found his own lane within that sound, recruiting the like-minded Future on his new track "Frozen Water." The two go back-and-forth on some intoxicating production, as Belly adds a more delicate melody to Future's barrelling confessions.
Belly Feat. Young Thug & Zack
Belly's hiatus since May's Another Day in Paradise ended this morning when he premiered a new song on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show called "Consuela." An answer to Justin Timberlake's "Senorita," it's about Belly's love affair with a girl from Venezuela. It features Young Thug and French Montana's brother Zack.
Belly is back with a vengeance today, releasing two new leaks on top of a music video for the record "No Option." The Ottawa native and XO affiliate dropped his mixtape Up For Days back in March, and since then he's gone quite, save for a music video for the Travi$ Scott-featured "White Girls" off the project.
Belly Feat. Juicy J
Belly's Up For Days was one of the more underrated projects of 2015, and today Belly proves to us once again that he's a rapper to watch this year. Teaming up with Juicy J, the Palestinian Canadian rapper gives us yet another nocturnal, drug-fueled anthem -- and Juicy is the perfect compliment for it. No word on whether he's got a new project on the way, but this would certainly be a good way to build hype for a new effort. This one could definitely be Belly's biggest track yet. Let us know what you think of it in the comments below.
Belly Feat. Nav
Belly has a mixtape on the way called Inzombia. After detailing his love for a hot Venezuelan woman on "Consuela," which he released yesterday, he takes a darker route on "Re Up," subverting the word, usually used to describe a drug dealer restocking his supply, to examine his own personal dance with addiction.
Belly Feat. Gucci Mane & JRDN
Give She Ride a spin - it's a new offering from Belly, featuring Gucci Mane & Jrdn. It was dropped on Monday, May 9th, 2011. Belly's rap artistry continues to improve with every release, something which is most definitely evidenced on She Ride. His ever-expanding catalogue is definitely better for it, and we're looking forward to the next piece of the puzzle - aren't you? Have you heard Belly's Num8ers? Check out Belly's profile page for the most recent info, news, songs, and mixtapes.
About two years ago Belly released a DJ Drama-hosted mixtape Greatest Dream I Never Had. It showed a new side of the Toronto-based rapper, as he forayed into darker territory with syrup-induced production and drug-addled lyrics.
Belly Feat. Ty Dolla $ign
Belly and Ty Dolla $ign displayed good chemistry on "Outkast," a standout on Belly's new tape Inzombia.
Belly kicked off the roll out for his upcoming mixtape The Greatest Dream I Never Had 2 with the ode to dabbing, "Dab Life." We premiered it about a month ago, and Belly follows it up today with not one leak, but two.
Money Makes The World Go Around
Belly Feat. French Montana & Chinx
Bump Money Makes The World Go Around, the latest cut from Belly featuring French Montana & Chinx Drugs on the assist. It was released on Wednesday, March 13th, 2013. Things are improving for Belly with each new offering, and Money Makes The World Go Around is certainly no exception. It's a worthy addition to the Belly's catalogue, which has seen much evolution as of late. We're definitely anticipating the next step. If you dig this, visit Belly's profile for the latest info, news, songs, and mixtapes.
Tell Your Friends (Freestyle)
Belly let go "Money Go" this morning, and shortly thereafter he followed it up with a "Tell Your Friends" freestyle. The Canadian rapper gives us his own take on The Weeknd's Kanye West-produced instrumental-- did he one-up his friend and affiliate with his version? Let us know what you think.
