Adidas Originals continues to evolve their Tubular line at a rapid pace.

While adidas failed to crack the top 10 in basketball sneaker sales among retailers last year, they have been much more successful on the runner front. A centerpiece of their success is the Tubular line. One of the freshest variations is the Tubular Nova, and Adidas Originals just dressed it up in their premier Primeknit material.

The Tubular Nova is similar to the Tubular Doom, but isn’t quite as extreme and futuristic. It has a small sock liner, caged lacing, and the Tubular line’s signature ribbed sole. It’s an excellent silhouette to begin with, but where this version really shines is the application of the Primeknit material to imitate the traditional structure of a sneaker’s toe box. This is a much more breathable alternative to the usual neoprene, on top of looking really dope.

You can grab the "White/Black" versions now from select European retailers, but they should hit stateside sometime in April. Pictures of other color ways have appeared as well, although we can't confirm if the additional colorways will release at the same time in the United States.
