In some ways, Ab-Soul is like TDE's outsider, staying in the shadows and cultivating his own enigmatic vibe. With a penchant for dense lyrics and an ear for eccentric beats, Soulo has established himself as an auteur over the course of his career. In that regard, it's no surprise that his path eventually crossed with Atlanta's 6lack, a kindred spirit of sorts.
Ab-Soul recently posted a picture of himself kicking it with 6lack, in what sure looks like a studio (the nondescript leather couch and dim lighting is a dead giveaway). And let's be honest, if two artists are in the studio, it usually means that music is on the mind. Do ya'll approve of this meeting of the minds? It seems as if the duo are musically well suited, and while 6lack may have been overlooked on XXL's Freshman List, it appears his career is only beginning.
