Andre 3000's "Solo" Verse Was Not Aimed At Drake; Is Two Years Old
The first listen of Frank Ocean's long-awaited Blond(e) provided many surprises, and for rap fans one of the major talking points came with Andre 3000's verse on "Solo (Reprise)". "After 20 years in, I'm so naive / I was under the impression / That everyone wrote they own verses / It's comin' back different and, yeah, that shit hurts me," raps Three Stacks on the record, spawning speculation that the bars might be a shot at Drake, who was criticized by Meek Mill last summer about his use of collaborative writers.
Mac Miller's "The Divine Feminine" Album Out In September, Features Kendrick Lamar
Earlier today, Mac Miller returned with his first single of the year, "Dang!," and it was a good one -- a funky jam that found him as well as Cali auteur Anderson .Paak exploring romance in a refreshingly breezy manner. After premiering the single on Beats 1 radio, Mac hopped on the air to tell Zane Lowe that "Dang!" is the first single off his upcoming album, The Divine Feminine, a project that was originally conceived as an EP.
10 Photos Of Rappers With Their Pets
Fame and exotic pets go hand-in-hand. Just ask King George I, who ruled England in the early 18th century, who kept a pet human. Rappers are no different. While many rappers like to keep it down-to-earth w dogs, some prefer to ball out and domesticate animals you've never even heard of like endangered saber-toothed manta rays.

10 Best Hip-Hop Crews Of All Time
The hip hop crew is an essential part of success. Whether big or small, every rapper has an entourage. Sometimes it's full of rappers, and other times it's just his buddies from back in the day, nonetheless, weak links in a crew can water down the crew as a whole-- something we took into consideration when crafting this list. You have the multimedia approach that Odd Future takes, and also the full-on lyrical assault that Wu-Tang Clan makes. Both are great crews, but who would comprise a list of the best rap crews of all time?
#TBT: MF DOOM
MF DOOM is one of the most interesting figures in rap music. The metal-masked villain has remained prominent in the underground rap world for over 20 years now, and his unique brand of flavor is enjoyed by critics, MCs and fans alike. He is one of the greatest producer/MCs in the game, producing his own albums in entirety long before anyone knew who Mr. West was. He's collaborated with Danger Mouse, Madlib, RZA, Flying Lotus and most recently Bishop Nehru (although we don't consider that last one too much of a throwback).
