Get ratings or die trying.

Fans of 50 Cent & Courtney Kemp's show Power should be proud. Their loyalty has not only ensured a fourth season, but solidified the crime-drama series as the second most watched show on premium cable, right behind HBO's critical and commercial juggernaut Game Of Thrones. Deadline reports that Starz' Power has been steadily climbing in ratings, culminating in a Network-best record of 2.26 million for the third season premiere. The report also reveals that if multi-platform and delayed views are considered, Power closes out with an average audience of 8 million.

This is good news for fans of the show, and all but guarantees that Curtis' Jackson's baby will run until there's no story left to tell.
