<p><a href="/profile/lilwest" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Lil West</a> is a 17-year old rapper growing up in Delaware. Although the state isn&#8217;t exactly known for hosting rap talent, Lil West is about to upend that (mis)conception. Earlier this year he released <a href="http://www.hotnewhiphop.com/lil-west-indigo-new-mixtape.116011.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">his <strong>Indigo</strong> EP </a>with Florida-based producer Nodachi, and he&#8217;s currently got a few more EPs in the works.</p>
