Fortnite has become the most popular game on the planet for three reasons. The first would be the price of free ninety-nine. The second would be the user-friendly pick-up-and-play game modes, and the third would be the weekly updates. By keeping the game fresh with weekly challenges, Fortnite developers Epic Games has been able to keep replay value high for the battle royale style game.
Weekly Battle Pass challenges are the main components of "seasons." Fortnite is now in season 4, week 4. Like usual, FortniteTracker did some digging and found the week 5 challenges early. Week 5 starts tomorrow (May 29), but gamers can get themselves prepared for the upcoming challenges by practicing with assigned weapons all day today. These are the alleged Fortnite season 4 week 5 Battle Pass tasks:
• Deal damage with SMGs to opponents (500)
• Search Chests in Dusty Divot (7)
• Use a Jetpack (1)
• Search Gravity Stones (7)
• Follow the treasure map found in Greasy Grove (1) (HARD)
• Minigun or Light Machine Gun Eliminations (2) (HARD)
• Eliminate opponents in Lucky Landing (3) (HARD)
Hopefully, Epic Games will introduce a new limited time game mode this week. Last week, they launched the Close Encounters game mode which featured jetpack/shotgun elimination match gameplay. Epic Games disabled the new game mode though, due to player complaints about skyforts.
