He is asking $12.9 million for a possible quick sale given he has an Internal Revenue Service tax lien hanging over his head.<br /> <br /> The IRS says the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., owes the government a total of $5.6 million, which breaks down to $3,351,078 owed for 2008 and $2,258,956 for 2009. News Juvenile Arrested for Marijuana Possession <p>No stranger to run-ins with the law, rapper Juvenile was arrested Saturday (Feb. 26) in Louisiana for marijuana possession as well as driving with a suspended license.<br /> <br /> The 'Beast Mode' creator, born Terius Gray, was pulled over at about 10:55PM late Saturday after Sterlington Police Sgt. Jacob Greer clocked him driving 75 mph in a 65 mph zone. According to Sgt.
