Removed From Halfway House Back To Prison <p>UPDATE: Prison officials took issue with Tip's mode of transportation from prison to home and have hauled him back to jail.<br /> <br /> Only a day after his release from Federal Correctional Center in Forrest City, Arkansas to a halfway house in Atlanta, Georgia, T.I. has been removed to a "different facility" because prison officials objected to his using a tour bus to move between locations.
