The troubled rapper, 39, was taken into custody Thursday in Maricopa County in Arizona for probation violation, according to RadarOnline.com.<br />
<br />
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was reportedly cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments and driving on a suspended license. He was also allegedly in possession of cocaine at the time of his arrest.<br />
