The beat for this track is infectious. The hard piano keys during the introduction really set up Matthews' delivery and lyrics. It's definitely a tone setter. The song is only one verse, but one that takes you through Matthews' upbringing through a lyrical exercise. He tells us about being a juvenile involved with gangs, drugs, and chasing thrills.
