Gunplay has one of the most eccentric and gritty personalities in hip hop. With his upcoming album Haram due soon, he drops the single "Tellin'."

While last week, he dropped the single "On A Daily," Gunplay continues his streak with dropping more dope singles. His new single "Tellin'" details exactly what he's not a fan of: snitches. The rapper goes in on this track as he pumps out some heavy bars over some equally heavy production. It's an interesting joint that maintains the authenticity of Gunplay while still leaving room for him to experiment a little bit.

The interesting part about this song is that Gunplay seems to be experimenting with his vocals a lot more. While this song has traces of auto tune through his vocals, you could tell that he's using it to add more melodies to what he's doing. It's interesting, considering that Gunplay has a distinguishable voice that helps his personality and charisma come out on the track. However, the auto tune doesn't take away from that at all but instead, adds a certain flare that compliments the production well.

With the constant slew of releases he's been putting out, it's clear that he's setting himself up properly for the release of his upcoming project Haram. On top of that, it was announced recently that he'd be starring in Love & Hip Hop: Miami, making it his second appearance on the Love & Hip Hop series.

While the album is slated to drop on September 29th, we seem to have a whole month to receive more music from Gunplay. While he's always been an unpredictable character, we're excited to see what he has up his sleeve for his upcoming album
