Joell Ortiz's latest video is from the "Crack Spot."

"Crack Spot" is chilling the closing track from Joell Ortiz's 2014 album House Slippers, and today it's received a fittingly chilly video.

Outfitted with a hard-snapping, synth-led beat that recalls something that would've shown up on a Dipset project in the mid-2000s, "Crack Spot" deals with exactly the subject matter referenced in its title. The video attempts "The Wire"-style realism, with music-less interludes thrown in to display a brief, but compelling storyline. Ortiz plays the dude in the trap dungeon, cutting up and weighing out bags of crack, and rapping ferociously into his phone.

If you like what you hear, cop House Slippers on iTunes.
