Timbaland scores a lavish new condo.

Timbaland has been making hits for well over two decades, delivering timeless classics like Missy Elliot's "Get Ur Freak On," Jay-Z' & UGK's Big "Pimpin'," and Justin Timberlake and T.I.'s "My Love." In fact, some might go on to call him one of the GOAT producers, and while much of his recent output has been pop or pop-adjacent, his contributions to the hip-hop sonic landscape are undeniable. Suffice it to say, the man has clearly been amassing a wealth of riches, and now, he's using his considerable means to step up his real estate game.

TMZ reports that Timbo has dropped a staggering four million dollars on a Miami condo in the Aria On The Bay building. Apparently, the condo is still under construction, but the value is evident; the condo boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two private elevators, and a terrace complete with an ocean view. While the property will only be finished in two months, it certainly sounds like a sound investment for the super producer; nothing says lavish like taking a private elevator from the comfort of your own home. If that wasn't enough, Timbo's condo gives him access to the building's amenities, which include pools, hot tubs, private spas, fire pits, and more.

A quick search shows Timbaland's net worth at an estimated $85 million dollars. He stands to extend on that number with the release of Justin Timberlake's Man Of The Woods album, which will once again feature his extensive involvement. Props to Timbaland for his new house!
