Styles P released his project Phantom And The Ghost back in April, and has since shared videos for "Same Scriptures" and "Sour." Now he returns with a visual for "Never Trust," his collaboration with Chris Rivers (the son of Big Pun!).
In the video, we see P and Rivers roll out to do some presumably dirty deeds, and rap on street corners and dark alleys. The message is clear here: if you're not with P and Rivers, you're against them.
Instrumentally, "Never Trust" combines cinematic string sweeps with a straightforward, basics-only beat that nonetheless propels the track forward. A solid look for an NYC veteran and the son of a legend.
