If you're going to release a song called "Higher," getting a feature from a Taylor Gang artist is probably a good call. That's exactly what Raven Felix did for her new track, enlisting Wiz Khalifa affiliate Chevy Woods, as well as Myles Maleek, for guest verses.
Taken from her upcoming mixtape Valifornia, "Higher" has Raven Felix going in over Tekneek production that sounds very influenced by indie duo Purity Ring's work on recent albums by Danny Brown and Ab-Soul. The bouncy instrumental is accompanied by two stellar verses from Woods and Maleek and a sky-grabbing chorus by Felix, making this trio a force to be reckoned with.
