Machine Gun Kelly sat down with VladTV and talked about his upcoming album Lace Up, and what the term “Lace Up” means to him, and then mentioned some of the features on the album.
To MGK “Lace Up” is more than just a title, and explains the phrase has significant meaning to both him and his fanbase. “Lace up is, it’s a lifestyle, it’s everything I stand for, everything my fans stand for,” the rapper continues, “something I’ll never explain to the general public because it’s something beautiful you have to discover for yourself”
Looks like MGK is looking for some veterans to jump on, to assist the young emcee. When asked about what features to expect he said, “I got legends on there man...DMX. Me, Tech N9ne and Twista on one track...the song everybody wanted to hear.” He also dropped Bun B’s name as another guest on the album. Although he says overall “I’m not that feature-heavy...they’re timeless features.”
