Lonzo Ball delivers his debut mixtape, and yes, there are LaVar references.

Lonzo Ball has officially entered the rap game. Though pops LaVar once claimed staying in one's lane is the wisest course of action, evidently, the rule does not apply to progeny. Today, the Lakers rookie channels alter ego Zo and drops off debut mixtape Born To Ball. Many might be inclined to start at the ending, as LaVar's presence attracts friend and foe like moth to flame. The track actually sheds some light on the Oz-like man behind the curtain, as a subdued Lonzo waxes poetic on the Big Baller Patriarch's hustle, both professional and personal.

"Man I hope the brand goes, Pops working every week doing different shows," reflects Lonzo. "Firing up the fans firing up the foes, they're just a bunch of candles." Character development at last. If you're riding with the BBB movement be sure to check out "Born To Ball." Don't expect a Rich Homie Quan feature on the sequel.
