Kanye West is set to headline the New York festival, alongside various acts both hip-hop and rock.
Kanye West's recent live performance in Atlantic City led to the big announcement that Kim Kardashian is pregnant, and it also saw a rant or two about the Grammys, not to mention 'Ye's strange attire. Now we'll have to see if he brings any of these antics to NYC for the Governors Ball, as he was just announced to be a headliner.
Thee rapper will be taking center stage on June 7-9th on Randall's Island, alongside the Kings Of Leon, and an as of yet unannounced artist. There will also be performances by Nas, Kendrick Lamar, Erykah Badu, Azealia Banks, Gary Clark Jr., Miguel, Grizzly Bear, Pretty Lights, The xx, Feist and more.
