First, Kanye took the music world by storm; next came the fashion world; and, now, the housing market.
According to a report by TMZ, Mr. West and his new wife Kim Kardashian recently learned that the mansion they've been remodeling in Bel Air could be sold for a huge profit. Never the couple to forgo an opportunity to add some extra cash in their pockets, the two have put the estate on the market without having even lived in it. That, however, is just the start of this newfound hobby.
The report also claims that Kim and Kanye enjoyed the renovation process so much they've decided to make it a side business with plans to renovate several estates a year.
What these homes will look like is a mystery, however, it's safe to assume most of us won't be available to afford them anyway.
Kim and Kanye reportedly happy living with Kris Jenner for now.
