Jay-Z drops off visuals for "Marcy Me."

Jay-Z recently dropped videos for 4:44 cuts "Smile," and "Legacy," and both clips are as close to cinematic triumphs as a music video can reach. In his third and final drop of the day, the Jigga Man comes through with some visuals for "Marcy Me," which opens up with an aerial shot of a lit-up New York City, as seen from the comfort of a police helicopter. From the minute you hear the chatter on the radio, however, you can get a sense of where this one is headed. Or so you think. Jay-Z and his team manage to deftly bob and weave through your expectations, all while retaining the same stellar standard set by the other 4:44 clips.

If you haven't already seen them, hit up Tidal and check out "Smile" and "Legacy," which also received the visual treatment.
