For the first edition of their "city cypher" series, DJ Booth assembled quite a cast of NYC rappers to rock the mic on a Brooklyn rooftop. Emilio Rojas, Maffew Ragazino, Black Dave, HD and Kirk Knight all step up to the plate for verses, and each deliver very unique bars over the hard-hitting beat, which was produced by !llmind and is spun by DJ T-GUT.
Rojas kicks things off with a bit of anti-Monsanto, #staywoke-style lyrics, rapping "CEOs ain't eatin' them GMOs" and suggesting that most people are so filled with preservatives that they won't decompose. Those who follow are less prone to conspiracy theories, but no less brilliant.
