Chris Brown's latest legal saga is looking good for Chris Brown.
In August, Chris Brown allegedly pointed a gun at a woman's face in his Los Angeles mansion and was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. The district attorney's office has struggled to piece together a coherent body of evidence against Brown and pushed back submitting the case to prosecutors by two weeks.
Those two weeks are now up; TMZ reports that the case against Brown is not only weak, but nearly "closed."
Investigators are reportedly struggling to connect Brown to a duffel bag containing two guns that was tossed out the window during Brown's standoff with police. In the most plausible worst case scenario for Brown, he will to go to court for misdemeanor assault.
