It's been quite some time since we last heard from Black Dave. The New Yorker hasn't hit our radar since January, when he teamed up with fellow NYC native Rich The Kid for a "Young Ignorant Niggas" music video. He's getting back into the swing of things, and making up for his lack of music, with two new records today.
Black Dave cites Kanye West as the inspiration behind "ALØNE," and the Yeezus vibe is definitely present on the menacing COKAYNBEATS-produced cut. Backed by a wailing vocal sample, organ keys and dark drums, Black Dave gets on his solo dolo tip. Take a listen.
