Belly is returning to his Up For Days mixtape this morning with a set of visuals that go hand-in-hand. Both videos were shot and directed by Nick Roney and Luis Soto, creating a similar aesthetic that ties each together, not to mention, the overt themes of death and rebirth. Albeit, this visual portrays a pretty creepy version of birth.
Belly says of the idea to link both visual concepts, "My original plan was to have the videos be one. It made more sense to make it two visuals that flowed together conceptually."
Check out Belly's death in the first video for "Who Am I" before getting into the Roc Nation artist's rebirth by way of "Maison."
While Belly is giving Up For Days a second push with video releases and the upcoming official release of The Weeknd-featured "Might Not," he's also prepping his next follow-up project. Stay tuned.
