However, it would appear that Tyler has been struck with a lightning bolt of inspiration, proving that even after dropping an album, he still has gas left in the tank. In fact, on his latest drop, Tyler sounds downright frustrated.
Over Jay-Z & No I.D.'s stunning "4:44" instrumental, Tyler lets his frustration guide the rhymes as he airs out anyone still sleeping on his latest project. While Jay-Z used the opportunity to clear the air about some widely publicized familial drama, Tyler makes it clear that you better put some respect on his game, and fast.
"My shit leaked two weeks before that release date, first week, did dos, 1,000 off ,beat meek," raps Tyler, before giving Meek his props. "Shout out meek! two n*ggas first week top 3!" And while that's all well and good, Tyler laments the fact that he can't even get a song to play on the radio. Clearly, shit does not add up.
It's cool to see Tyler stand up in the name of Flower Boy, closing the freestyle with a powerful proclamation of confidence: "I know I got the best album out."
