Like the controversial Super-Soaker ominously dubbed The Oozinator, Young Thug is all about the slime. So much so that he's already made Slime the theme of his long running Slime Season mixtape, as well as his Future collaboration tape Super Slimey. Clearly, the gelatinous substance has become a lifestyle for Thugger and his inner circle, which opens the door for all manner of "Slime" related album puns. Today, Young Thug took to Instagram to celebrate some of his closest cohorts, while teasing the impending arrival of the mysterious Slime Language.
"Thank u n***s for holding down this 🐍 shit on my down time!!!," writes Thug, addressing Gunna, Lil Uzi Vert, and mmore. "Love y’all 4life and after dawg... #SlimeLanguage OTW... HAPPY C-DAY @gunna qwanna first bday rich." Unfortunately, the Slime Language part feels more like an afterthought, which makes it hard to gauge what the project may actually be. Granted, it has been a while since we've heard a full length project from Thug, although "Hear No Evil" made for a worthwhile appetizer. Hopefully, the talented "SEX" can find himself inspired by the amazing year we've had thus far.
