By this point, it's become clear that the material coming from Young Thug's sequels to 1017 Thug isn't so much new as it is Gucci Mane's personal stash of recordings from Brick Squad sessions. With that being said, the newest sample from the forthcoming 1017 Thug 3 mixtape sounds like it could have been recorded today. Thug takes on a futuristic Metro Boomin beat, which sounds like it easily could have come off their upcoming project, Metro Thuggin.
Gucci also joins Thugger on this one, hinting at what could have been a great creative partnership had he not been locked up just as the rapper started breaking through.
