In the midst of dropping his mixtape-album Barter 6, Young Thug had another big life event, an engagement. The Atlanta rapper hinted at it through various Instagram posts, including one which showed off a pair of rings and the caption "WILL U" as well as another of him kissing his girl with the caption "4LIFE!!!"
During a red carpet walk through at the listening session for Barter 6, Thugger confirmed his engagement will talking with AllHipHop. Although he was not very talkative, he did confirm a "yes" when asked if he was engaged.
He also spoke briefly on the distance between himself and Rich Homie Quan as well as the title of Barter 6. Watch the short clip below.
"He had to focus on his career," Thug said of RHQ situation. "That’s something that he had to do. He didn’t have to do it, but he did it. I understand why he did it."
