As today marks Martin Luther King Jr. birthday, many have took to social media to commemorate the life of the great civil rights leader. Many rappers have shared heartfelt messages about what Martin Luther King Jr. meant to them. Young Thug takes it one step further and recruits Trouble and Shad Da God for his first offering of 2018 with "MLK."

Young Thug comes through with his latest single "MLK" featuring Shad Da God and Trouble. The tracks production draws influence from gospel and soul music while 808 drums boom out the back. Young Thug references Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech on the hook as he "turns into Martin Luther King overnight."

This serves as the first piece of new music we got from Young Thug this year and we're hoping he keeps it coming.
