In addition to helming his own Black Migo Gang unit, Young Scooter has been affiliated with Freebandz Gang over the years. Most recently, Future spit a verse on "Lifestyle" off Scooter's mixtape Married to the Streets 2. According to Scooter, the two ATL rappers are plotting to release a joint mixtape.
In response to a Twitter follower requesting a Scooter and Future mixtape in 2016, Scooter replied, "COMING SOON."
In November, 808 Mafia's Southside revealed that Future was sitting on six albums and three mixtapes. Regardless of whether not Southside was referring to a Scooter X Future project, the take-home message is that Future has been spending a lot of time in the studio. Given the apparent speed with which he cut WATTBA, it wouldn't come as a shocker if him and Scooter knocked out a mixtape in a couple days. At any rate... stay tuned.
