Young M.A. has been relatively quiet on the music front this year. With exception to last month’s “Petty Wap” release and a few freestyles back in January, the Bronx rapper has been spending most of her time behind the scenes working on the long awaited Herstory In The Making album. While we continue to wait for details on it, Young M.A. decides to come through today and hold us over in the meantime by sharing a new song called “Car Confessions,” which will see life on the official Madden '19 soundtrack.
Over a sampled beat from Antwan ”Amadeus” Thompson and Buda & Grandz, Young M.A. delivers a 4-minute lyrical onslaught that finds her showcasing her usual witty metaphors and slick analogies, while addressing her hustlin' ways, having paper and being focused on her career, among other things.
