Since surviving a shooting in Charlotte, Young Dolph has remained pretty mum about his close encounter with death. Interviewed on TMZ's Raq Rants, the Memphis rapper declined to elaborate on what happened but had a few choice words for Yo Gotti.
"Any man that hate on the next man for getting his money or being successful [...] you a bitch," he said. "Especially a older nigga hatin' on a younger nigga that's from the same section, same city, same anything."
Young Dolph said Yo Gotti and his crew are trying to knock him down a peg. When asked what happened in Charlotte, he said, "I wanna talk about it, but I don’t wanna talk about it. But I wanna talk about it. But I can’t talk about it."
About 100 bullets were shot at him while he was driving to the CIAA Tournament weekend in North Carolina. Thanks to his $300,000 bulletproof SUV, Dolph walked away unscathed. That same night he performed onstage with 21 Savage and Migos. Just a few days ago, he called his beef with Yo Gotti "old news."
