We got word on over the weekend that Young Buck would be returning to prison, although the details surrounding his return were unclear.

Since then it has been revealed that Buck is heading back to jail because of charges of gun possession, related to I.R.S. raids of his home.

The rapper agreed to serve 18 months in prison following the raid of his Nashville home in 2010. Court documents say that a .40 caliber Glock 22 was found in Buck's home along with ammunition.

A judge signed off on the plea deal, but won't formally convict Buck until July 13th.

Young Buck released a new song today, "Morning Show," in which he raps about the gun possession and returning to prison.
