Big day for Yo Gotti. Earlier today, he unveiled the official remix to his hit single "Down in the DM," featuring a couple of show-stopping verses from Nicki Minaj, and he's already back with another high-profile collab -- this time alongside Future. "General" was one of the songs that immediately stood out upon seeing the tracklisting for Gotti's The Art of Hustle, which he shared last night, and the high-octane collab does not disappoint.

The melody of "General" is anthemic, but there's a dirty bassline that keeps the track at street level. It sounds like Metro Boomin, though production credits haven't been revealed yet. Neither rapper does much to alter his flow -- staying cold and monotone -- but both guys exude the confidence of true generals.

The Art of Hustle, which will be Gotti's fifth album, drops February 19.

Quotable Lyrics

Tat my name 'cross her hand, now salute me
Got the mollys and the zans, that's a two-piece
I got my main bitch round like a goonie
I got that duffle bag on me, and it's Louis
