Three months after the release of YG's debut album My Krazy Life in 2014, the Compton rapper sent out the following PSA via Twitter: "#BREAKINGNEWS: NO MORE MUTHA FUCKIN MIXTAPES."
Tuesday afternoon, YG announced that this is no longer the case and he will release a mixtape sometime in the near future. "Fuck it," he wrote. "Mixtape koming soon."
This announcement comes one day after YG released "One Time Comin,'" an homage to victims of police brutality. Thematically and sonically it was very much in the vein of Still Brazy.
