XXXTENTACION reportedly spent $1.7M worth of homes a few weeks before his death. The report never specified who exactly the homes were for but it was revealed that his parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandmothers and great-grandmothers were taken care of. However, it appears that before he passed, he was actually looking at buying his mother a massive mansion in Parkland, FL.

According to The Blast, XXXTENTACION's mother, Cleopatra Bernard, copped a $3.4M mansion in Parkland, FL that XXXTENTACION chose for her prior to his passing. The massive mansion is 15 000 sq ft with 6-bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and has high ceilings, a grand foyer with a sweeping staircase, a theater and the whole house is connected to a digital smart home system.

They report that X's viewed the property before his murder outside of RIVA Motorsports and thought it would be perfect for his mother. Bernard made an offer on the house on August 13th and became the owner on August 22. According to sources, X's mother paid for the home in full. She reportedly owns other homes near Parkland and is a successful business person.

X's mother was put in charge of his estate after he passed away. She previously organized public memorials for XXXTENTACION so his fans could pay their final respects. In addition, she also started a charity organization in his honor.
