XXXTentacion's sales have been given a jolt by his estate's decision to launch a "One-Year Anniversary Collection" to honor his debut LP 17. The collection has had the desired effect of keeping XXX's name buzzing throughout the summer months. Merchandise based off the debut record has been flying off "the shelves," and the album's resale has resurfaced on the Billboard 200

17 jumped to No. 8 on the Billboard 200 with 46,000 total units sold, 28,000 of which came from traditional sales figures, due in part to the vinyl reprint and the digital sleeve attached to every piece of memorabilia sold in the United States. Back in August 2017, the album debuted at No. 2 and later re-entered the Billboard 200 directly after he was shot and killed in June.

A week before the "One-Year Anniversary Collection" was announced, 17 received its platinum certificate from the RIAA, nearly a week after ? received the same honor. This past week's results were also a historic first for Korean band BTS, as they became the first pure and applied K-Pop band to enter the Billboard Top 200 at No. 1 with 185,000 units sold, their first week out.
