Despite being implicated in several claims of domestic abuse, including an upcoming trial in which he's facing official charges for abuse, XXXTentacion is still making strides to show his stance on the subject, most recently revealing his plans to host an anti-rape event at the 2017 iteration of Art Basel in Miami.

It was via a video posted on social media, per his modus operandi, that X announced the new move, "At Art Basel this month, I will be hosting an anti-rape event where basically rape victims can come to this event and tell their stories and help others, and support others who have been through a similar instance," he said. "I ask that if you come to the event you come bearing no type of negative energy and you make sure you come with the full support in your heart to those that have experienced any sort of post-traumatic experience or event,” he went on to say while offering no other details. “I ask that you be understanding.”

It was just a month ago that the South-Florida-bred rapper revealed plans to donate $100,000 to domestic violence prevention programs. "I want to apologize to every single woman that I've ever disrespected or made feel violated, by me, saying I am 'insensitive'," he penned in an Instagram  story. "I would never intentionally try to make a woman feel uncomfortable or in danger by my own conscious will so in order to show progress in my life and show remorse for my remark to the people that support me I want to let you know, that I will be donating over 100 thousand dollars, to domestic violence prevention programs!"

While there are no details on when X's event will take place, Art Basel will be between the dates of December 7th-10th. A day later on the 11th, his trial will begin. He is currently faced with charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering.
