Several of today's rappers are incredibly polarizing for their histories. A few names that come to mind are 6ix9ine, Kodak Black, Tay-K, and XXXTentacion. X has been under fire for most of his musical career because of a history of domestic violence, painting a bad image in the eyes of most fans. The artist has been making positive progress, conducting himself in a much more productive manner and giving back to his community. His last album ? was a big success, posting tremendous numbers in its first and second weeks, leading to a number one debut on the Billboard charts. Although it hasn't even been a full month since his last album dropped, XXX is already nearly complete his next project.

Providing a minor update on what he is working on, X posted a video of himself on his Instagram story, writing, "I'm just getting started, next album will be done very soon." The Floridian artist plays The Weeknd's feature on Trouble's "Come Thru" in the background, further hinting at a possible collab between X and Abel. You'll recall The Weeknd turning heads by tweeting a simple "?" following the release of the "Sad!" artist's question mark-named album, prompting some to believe a collaboration may be in the works.

The background track could easily be read into as a possible upcoming freestyle or remix of the track. However, it could also just mean that X is feeling the new Trouble album and wanted to show some support. Are you excited for the prospect of another album from XXXTentacion this year?
