We've stated before that XV's "March Madness" series continues to impress and now that it's over, we feel as though we have a better grasp of XV's remarkable capabilities, as an emcee and as a person.
Closing out March Madness Vol. 4 (The Final Four) with the penultimate track, the somber "Wish U Were Here," finds XV in an introspective, contemplative mood. The production from Casa Di hits all the right notes, providing a solid beat with some soulful samples, rounding out all the nodes XV seems to be aiming for.
