Indianapolis' Xavier Clark has shared a new submission titled "Everyday," a refreshingly experimental take on SoundCloud rap that's as complex as it is catchy. Clark's vocals are expertly manipulated and doubled in a way that compliments them perfectly as well as adding new dimensions to his songwriting. His melodies are familiar enough to fit in with the current wave of post-trap led by the likes of Playboi Carti and Lil Uzi Vert, but he never sounds too close to any of his peers, and hints that he could further develop a unique voice within the genre.
