Last night, a shooting reportedly occurred backstage at Wiz Khalifa's show in San Jose. The unnamed victim was said to have been shot five times, and died from his wounds. The incident apparently occurred while Khalifa was performing, and cops believe the shooter has no connection with the rapper or his crew, but regardless, the "Under The Influence" date scheduled for tonight in Chula Vista has been cancelled.
Wiz took to Twitter to announce the cancellation, as well as send out condolence to the victim's family.
Police are still on the lookout for the shooter. Updates to come as information arrives.
