Over the past few weeks, Wiz Khalifa has been teasing new music on his Instagram, sharing numerous photos of him cooking up in the studio. In fact, Wiz informed fans just a couple weeks ago that he’s been “writing some amazing songs lately,” before reassuring fans that he’s not disappearing anytime soon either. And now just days after hitting us with his “Letterman” video, the T.G.O.D rapper decides to stay true to his word and share a new song & accompanying video today called “Captain,” which he teased hours earlier on Instagram.
Just as the title depicts, Wiz raps about being a boss & “captain” anywhere he goes in this E Dan-produced banger. It’s unclear at the moment if this will see life on his forthcoming Khalifa Kush project or if it's just something to hold us over in the meantime, but either way we're all for it.
