Wiz Khalifa has been doing a lot of hinting at new music these past few weeks on Instagram, with new photos of him recording something in the studio popping up just about every day. Last week, Wiz treated fans to a new song called “Captain” along with an accompany in-studio video, and it appears he’s about to do that same release strategy all over again, but only with some new music of course.
On Tuesday night, the T.G.O.D. CEO took to his Instagram page to tease his next song release with Sosamann called “Best Life,” which will also be accompanied by another in-studio clip. Wiz captioned the post by saying “dropping later tonight,” but unfortunately that hasn't happened yet and doesn't appear to be either.
From what we see, the song will be produced by TM88 and will find Wiz rapping about trying to live his best life, just as the title depicts. “Ask me how I feel yeah I feel alright, Im just out here trine live my best life,” Wiz spits on the chorus.
It’s unclear at the moment if these releases will see life on his forthcoming Khalifa Kush project or just something to hold us over with in the meantime, but either way we’re all for it.
