Martin Lawrence just turned 56 years old on Monday, and to wish him a happy birthday his longtime partner & friend, Will Smith, decided to give him a nice shoutout on Instagram Monday night.
“Happy Birthday to the Best Damn partner EVER!!! What you think Marty-Mar? One more time? @martinlawrence,” he captioned the post while sharing several photos of the two over the years. From their cover spot on JET magazine back in 1995 to several other photos of them on set & in role in Bad Boys 2, Will let Marty Mar know he really appreciates their friendship.
As the caption hints, “What you think Marty-Mar? One more time?” Will & Martin are about to get back to work on the long awaited Bad Boys 3 film, which we last heard was back in the works. Sony had found two new directors in Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah back in late January, and were about to get back to work. The film was initially rumored to be dropping around August time, but with all these setbacks who knows if that’s still the case anymore or if it's pushed back. However it's definitely coming.
