Last week on her show, Wendy Williams got a little savage, sending heavy subliminal shots to her husband and his mistress. "There are a lot of women who don't have respect for a marriage," said the talk show host, smiling to the camera. "You know what I'm saying? A lot of women who know your man is married will have the nerve to be right up under him right under your nose." The comment was obviously a shot at Kevin Hunter and Sharina Hudson, who have been having an affair for over a decade. Wendy Williams finally decided that enough was enough and she kicked her husband to the curb. Now, they're in the process of getting divorced and Wendy is back on the dating scene. She's also decided that she wants no connection to the Hunter name anymore, throwing away her husband's surname and surprisingly choosing to dissolve The Hunter Foundation for substance abuse.

The entertainer would regularly speak about what she's accomplished with the foundation on her show, letting anybody who may be struggling with drug or alcohol addiction know that she and her family are there to help. Today, Williams announced that she will be shutting down the foundation with plans to work in collaboration with other organizations that support substance abuse survivors.

According to People, Wendy said that she "remains committed to helping others in the struggles of life" and will be active in contributing to other foundations. It looks like Wendy is truly serious about all this, going the extra mile and shedding something that she's so passionate about so she can rid herself of the Hunter name. What do you think?
