Whoopi Goldberg is someone who has a lot of fans, and with good reason. She's one of the handful of people on earth that has an EGOT, an honour more rare than any Nobel prize, so it's safe to assume she's got fans in every type of entertainment, from music to film, to theatre. But her celebrity doesn't stop there. As if the fandom of regular civilians wasn't enough, she's got the admiration of people who are celebrities in their own right, like Tiffany Haddish (despite what Kat Williams says).
When she appeared on the recent episode of The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Whoopi was shown a clip of an interview where Haddish–with tears in her eyes–describes how she always wanted Whoopi to be her "mama" and, in co-starring in the new Tyler Perry movie, her wish has been granted as the two are cast as mother and daughter. After the clip plays, Whoopi gets a surprise from Haddish who saunters into the studio wearing an iconic piece of Whoopi's wardrobe history: the Jumpin' Jack Flash "shredder" dress.
