Back in 2009, Lil Wayne released an in-depth documentary-type movie called The Carter, which centered around his Carter III release & everything lead up to it. Well if you remember during the movie, there’s a segment where Lil Wayne can be seen rapping a verse from his “30 Minutes to New Orleans” record while on the tour bus, but the full footage never saw the light of the day… until today that being.

On Friday, LilWayneHQ got their hands on the full, 4-minute video of Lil Wayne spitting that shit, and doing it all in his prime too. However, he was awfully high in the process, as he constantly stays smoking & sippin' throughout the clip.

Check out the raw, uncut footage (above), and let us know what you think.
