Since introducing the site to Wasiu in February, by way of his Kaytranada collaboration "Physical," we've been keeping close tabs on the Montreal rapper. He's since dropped off a few more leaks, ranging from political to social-minded. It's clear that he's got a message to go along with the music, although this new remix strays from socio-political issues in favor of a lighter subject: love. Actually, through Wasiu's lense it's more like lust than love. "She's like a bad drug, she interferes with other aspects of your life and you become obsessive over her. You're not even in a relationship with her, but whenever she hits you up you fall for that lust again and put everything else on hold," Wasiu said of the track.
Wasiu is prepping an album for the spring, the title of which has not been revealed.
